The ten plans showcased here represent the character, detail, beauty and soul we endeavor to design & build into every home.
You’ll notice diversity in size, but we firmly believe that any home, regardless of its size, can exhibit these attributes.
We are a small firm and build only six to seven homes per year on average. As a result, some of these plans have been built only once or twice, but whenever we build the same plan again, as with the ‘Sunrise’ (our most popular plan), it evolves and improves.
Of course, we are always happy to modify any one of our plans (or those purchased elsewhere), to suit your specific needs.
