Oak Springs Plantation is located just one mile west of the Appomattox River just off Genito Road in Amelia. The Amelia Wildlife Management Area is directly across the street. Three lakes and the beautiful rolling pasture-lands of this old farm create a gorgeous setting for the new homes being built here. The ’Willow’ is recently completed and is available for $379,950. The ’Acadia ’07’ is proposed for lot 47 although we haven't committed to the plan yet, so the option to build another plan remains open. Lot 47 is 4.25 acres large and backs up to the water, with beautiful views, and a perfect building site.



The Laurel - $225,000
