Although we are more than happy to build on your property, Debenhaus Homes currently holds land available for construction in both Appomattox Trace and Sparrows Landing in Powhatan.

as well as Oak Springs Plantation, which is just over the county line in Amelia. 

Appomattox Trace
At the intersection of Rocky Ford and Genito Rd. in Powhatan, this neighborhood of thirty seven lots borders the Appomattox River.

Westlake
This lakefront community is located in central Powhatan off Academy Road. A number of two acre lots are currently being offered at 50,000 and up, so it’s reasonable, given the neighborhood’s minimum square footage requirements, to build new starting from the low $300,000 range.

Mill Station
Conveniently located in the courthouse area close to shopping, the Mill Quarter Plantation Golf Course,

The Preserve
